What You'll Do

  • Generate qualified leads through outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social channels
  • Research target accounts and identify key decision makers
  • Qualify inbound leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions in CRM
  • Collaborate with marketing team on campaign effectiveness and lead quality
  • Achieve monthly quotas for qualified meetings and pipeline generation
  • Develop expertise in Aira's value proposition and competitive landscape
  • Support trade shows and events with lead capture and follow-up

What You Bring

  • Experience: 1-2 years of sales, customer service, or business development experience
  • Communication: Strong communication skills and comfort with phone-based prospecting
  • Organization: Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools
